This is something that you don't really want to have to provide feedback for. We had a bit of a auto accident today. We used the insurance company's online claim entry process. It was actually pretty decent and I let them know when they requested a short survey on the applications usability.

No expectations of any response or feedback on this one. Thankfully it was easy to use.

Only a five minute survey to help improve the StubHub experience. I recently bought tickets to an NFL game through StubHub and was randomly selected for a survey. It arrived via email.

Aaaannnnndd, nothing, nada, zip. I just gave them five minutes of mildly tedious feedback, all for the pleasure of improving their service and I didn't get so much as a coupon for a free bag of cookies.

Oh, well, such is the life of the Feedback Giver.

I've got to register for my Underground points! Everytime I buy joke-related item on flatulence, nudity, beer bellies, and hot guys for the old ladies, I swing by Spencers. The posters, candles, lights, and just plain weird stuff make this a sophomoric adult paradise. So, I might as well get some credit for it.

Well, gave them feedback. Couldn't find a raincoat for my son, but otherwise a pleasant experience. No essay questions.

And no contest or coupon or chance to win anything. Oh, well.

I will be automatically entered into a monthly drawing for one of THREE Free tanks of gas after completing the survey. These can be done on paper at the customer service desk.

Ukrop's is the local fine grocer chain in central Virginia. This is a five to seven minute survey about the in store experience.

It took me a little longer because I gave lengthy answers to the survey essay questions.
